Join Jennifer Collens from Trentham District Landcare for a lively discussion about problem plants and how to deal with them. This district has a unique climate, and that brings with it some particular issues in regard to weedy plants. You will gain an insight into particular species that are locally problematic, as well as garden plants that are best avoided in this region. Methods of eradication and maintenance will be covered. This session will be of interest to new residents to the region, as well as people just wanting to brush up on their weed management skills.
