About the Event
Are you providing care and support to your loved ones, your neighbours or friend?
Carer burnout is common and frequently under recognised. Therefore, if you are feeling isolated, tired, burn out, stressed or just needing a friendly ear, then Cool Country Carers support group is for you.
The aim of the Cool Country Carers – support group is to promote peer support, facilitate knowledge, experience, and idea- sharing among carers without any judgment, and give an opportunity to network and support each other in safe and confidential environment.
We meet on 3rd Friday of each month, 10.30 am to 12.00pm.
Coffee and Snacks are provided.
